Here's a colorful, flavorful, cool dip for a hot summer night... Vegetable- Goat Cheese Spread. It's an awesome sort of dip for dunking cucumber slices, radishes or carrots, as well as sliced baguette.
Hiya- remember way back when you suggested Trader Joe's Chili Lime chicken burgers? Well I finally made them at your suggestion and we loved them. Just a nice change of pace. Thanks for sharing!
I'm marking this one to try... we have a lot of get togethers this summer, so this would be a nice change from the usual onion soup and sour cream dip!
That looks so delicious! I love that it has lots of veggies in it. I bet it would also be yummy on a toasted bagel the morning after the party, if there was any left...
Goat cheese is so delicious and a perfect ingredient for a spread. I'd love this with a huge baguette...or a cucumber since I'm trying to be healthy :)
