It's an awesome sort of dip for dunking cucumber slices, radishes or carrots, as well as sliced baguette.

Yum! I am not a huge goat cheese fan, but this might be worth trying :) I love any veggie dip I can get my hands on though...
try this cheese spread
Ingredients
* 250 grams Spreadable cream cheese
* 12 Cooked king prawns
* 1 tablespoon Fresh basil
* 3 Shallots
* 1 tablespoon Bottled crushed ginger
* Sweet chilli sauce
Instructions
Peel and roughly chop the prawns. Finely chop the basil and chop the shallots.
Mix the cream cheese, basil, shallots, prawns and ginger in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
To serve, mould the mixture onto a serving dish forming a slight depression on the top. Pour the sweet chilli sauce over the top and serve with crackers.

Ingredients
* 1 Onion finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
* 1 sticks diced tomatoes
* 1 small can Diced champignons
* 2-3 teaspoons minced or chopped chilli
* 400 grams kraft cheese spread
Instructions
Hot Chilli Dip
Simple as Heck !!
Method:
Chop Onions, Champignons and Tomatos in preparation (or open Cans).
Brown onions in oil, on medium heat, add tomato and champignons and warm or cook through. (About 4 minutes) Add Chilli to Taste - 2 full teaspoons = Medium, 4 full teaspoons = Hot. Continue to stir. Add Cheese Spread by spoon slowly melting each spoon full and mixing in with tomatos etc. Use entire 400 gm of Spread continue to stir until even consistancy. Pour entire contents into small Casserole Dish or similar (Oven Proof).
Prepare before required and heat in Microwave or Oven before needed. (100 Deg Cel)
Optional: add small can baby peeled prawns (200 gm) and/or small can diced capsicum (170 gm)
